Should he break his fast on the twenty-ninth in accordance with seeing it in the place he is in, or should he fast it in accordance with the sighting of its beginning? The answer is that he is absolutely obligated to break the fast on it because it is a day of Eid and his fasting is forbidden. Yes, and he must make up a day from the beginning to discover the error in it, since the month is no. It will be from twenty-eight days, just as it is not from thirty-one days, but rather from twenty-nine or thirty days, and God knows best.
