Notes Praise be to God, after the group of Dawyanham, the group of Adkhaysa, and the sons of Nusayr who were residing in Wadi Maks in Hajrat al-Kahilah were reconciled. Among them were Qaddur bin al-Mu’ti al-Mana’i al-Qayzi, Ahmad bin Ali by lineage, Ahmad bin Balkhair al-Talassi by lineage, Sayyid Muhammad bin Jalun al-Zurufi by lineage, Ali bin Balqasim al-Ghaishi by lineage, Sayyid Muhammad bin al-Ghazi by lineage, al-Tanji al-Nusayri al-Rashidi, al-Bashir ibn al-Bashir al-Dakhisi, male, and Ahmed bin Abdul Karim by lineage. Oath to God. In the shrine of Sidi Abdullah Al-Khayyat, among the notables of Zarhanna, including Sheikh Al-Tahami bin Abdullah Al-Sakhrati Al-Zarhouni, Al-Sayyid Al-Arabi bin Al-Hajj by lineage, Al-Hajj Ahmed Barada by lineage, Al-Muati bin Al-Hajj by lineage, Ham bin Al-Jalali by lineage, Al-Jilani bin Hassan by lineage, Qaddour bin Al-Hajj Abd al-Rahman, Al-Talib Muhammad bin Al-Sayyid Muhammad, Al-Tahami bin Ayyad Al-Hajj Idris Al-Khanduqi, Al-Jaj Al-Tayeb bin Issa by lineage, Al-Ashab Idris Al-Munaei by lineage, and Al-Asheeb Ali bin Abd al-Salam, al-Ashayb al-Tayyib ibn Ahmad, Sheikh Belaid al-Amari by lineage, Sheikh Hadd ibn Qasim by lineage, al-Arabi ibn al-Arabi by lineage, Sheikh Omar ibn Abd al-Rahman, al-Nadir Qasim ibn Muhammad, Idris ibn al-Arabi, al-Asheeb Hadd ibn Hadhrat, al-Hasan bit Abd al-Haqq and Qaddour ibn Abd al-Rahman Wahad ibn Issa, al-Ashayb al-Ghazi ibn Ahmad al-Ashayb Abd Rabbuh B Ahmad, and Ham ibn al-Hajj Abdul Qadir, all of whom are from Bani Ammar, and Sheikh al-Arabi al-Talghizi, al-Khayyat ibn Ab al-Nasab, Ahmad ibn al-Muqaddim, and al-Sayyid. Muhammad bin Abdullah, Al-Hajj Muhammad, Sidi Qasim, the son of Sidi Al-Hajj Al-Khayati, Al-Sayyid Muhammad bin Ham, Al-Sayyid Muhammad Balabbas, Ahmad bin Al-Mughir Al-Hajj Al-Tuhami, and after Al-Ami, the son of bin Saeed, the son of bin Ham, the son of Al-Hajj Al-Hussein, the jurist, Al-Sayyid Al-Tayeb, and Sidi Muhammad Al-Qadmiri, Al-Tuhami, and his brother Had bin Saeed, and one son of Wahad, son of Ham bin Makhlouf. They testified that they were acquitted of what they claimed against them, that they had plundered for themselves their donkeys, their camels, and their cows, with a complete, absolute, and general measure, with neither little nor much left before them, and they imposed upon them all the claims and all the consequences, great and low, in a complete manner. The one who knew its value testified against them, and they fully, and made them aware of them, and on the eighth of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year two hundred and eight hundred and eight, may God bless the servant of his Lord in his health.
