Notes Praise be to God alone              And may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions. May God protect His Majesty, His Excellency, the Secretary of Trustees of our Lord Al-Amjad Al-Hudhi Al-Makin, the most honorable Mayor, Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri, and may your glory and happiness be perpetuated, and complete peace be upon your sovereignty and the mercy of God on behalf of the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after the announcement, for your glory, may God protect you, I received a noble and high-ranking letter in which my lord, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded me to support the seventeen guiding mules. For this Ribatian lady, with the intention of carrying the cannons and their targets that are with her, here to His honorable presence, from the six thousand riyals remaining under the hand of the storehouse, from the ten thousand riyals for the duration of her stay here, with the return of her honorable to His honorable presence, and we inform Sharif of his knowledge as much as I have come to him, and that I hastened to Sharif, commanding my master, to listen and obey, and he has gathered in what is to be done to her, according to a statement of his plan, one hundred personnel and forty-eight riyals. Eighty-one ouguiyas and three-eighths ouguiyas, except that the rest is in the hands of the warehouse side, more than six thousand riyals, and when it was necessary to notify it, and that was not possible except through the work of the account, I made an account on everything that entered the warehouse side, may God bless it, and what came out of it up to its date, with the enclosure of the aforementioned owner of the aforementioned mules, so Perzan remained under the hands of the warehouse side, as stated in its note attached to your sovereignty, amounting to 13,490 thirteen thousand riyals. And four hundred and ninety riyals in twofold first and an increase of nine mithqals and one-eighth of an ouqiyah. And here I have directed the account thereof to Sharif, my lord, and informed Sharif of the aforementioned amount remaining in it, so that he may keep it from him in mind. And the letter  to Sharif, His Holiness, with that folded on the mentioned account, reaches your Excellency, and I have informed your lordship that you may be kept in mind. May the Lord keep you guarded by His care, guarded by the eye of His care, and with love and peace on the 22nd.
