We rise and raise the matter to you, because you have no authority to say, and we have no one but God, and what you have commanded must be followed by no one else, so inform us of what is to be done. News of the Lord, a meeting with security and peace, and on the 18th of Safar Al-Khair in the year 1279 from the permission of the Arab, the lover of the night, may God grant him success, Amen
