Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Master, our Master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, our love, the leader, the happiest, the most eminent scholar, Sidi Idris, peace and God’s mercy be upon you, for the best of our Master, may God grant him victory. And then let it be in the honor of our Master that the issue of those imprisoned there is our cousin, Mr. Muhammad and those with him, in the case of Himyar Ould Ubaidah, is that our mentioned cousin gave the pure handkerchief of Al-Janadi, a weaver next to him, in the season of the newborn, and then he escaped, and he was plowing in the past. The history with our aforementioned cousin with his father, may God have mercy on him. One day, he served in our place, and our cousin arrested him in the same way as Al-Hayek, and Hajj Kathir fell between them until we attended the aforementioned shrine of Al-Tahir, and he said to the son of Ubaidah, “I am Qasim.” One day, the companion of the aforementioned Sidi Muhammad, who is Al-Hayli, came to me and said to me, “Come with me to Al-Madshar so that I can protect you from the donkeys.” So I came with Al-Hayli to the aforementioned Mahdi and I informed you of the donkeys. When what happened, I stood on the leg of the grandfather and sent a person to Jarwan at the hands of Ubaidah and the group were born to the aforementioned Tahir, and his son White Hassan, brothers of Al-Bashari, the aforementioned Al-Tahir came from the country at Jarwan, and he is not presented to Al-Mudhashar except Bamzrak. He hears from the group in the aforementioned roundabout. Is our cousin with those with him coming to them obliged or not? Then the Messenger who converted to Islam met a bored man in Shu’bah who attended and testified for him with a veil. When we covered the bread as mentioned, the servants were sent to Jarwan to the aforementioned roundabout until they gathered and the aforementioned Al-Bashar testified in the minutes of his group. So, Ibn Ubaid camped with us in the tent and partied with us for twelve mithqals, and we testified to that injustice and hostility, and now I watched God and returned to them the dirhams, and I have no knowledge of donkeys, and likewise his group say that we betrayed this testimony to him, by God, until the arbitrator testifies with one loaf of bread, and after this, by God, we did not know of our mentioned cousin, nor of anyone who has an accusation of theft or anything else, nor have we ever heard bad news about them, and God is a representative of what we say, and this is what must be reported. Our Lord, and with eternal love and peace, on the 16th of Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1288, your loved ones are slaves and poor people, for his pardon, Muhammad al-Humayyan, may God grant success to all, through him, Amin al-Makki bin al-Tahir, to al-Makki bin al-Tahir, and from him, we love you out of the full grace of my master, the release of all, for their truth has been reversed for you, and there is no power or brotherhood except in God and peace.
