Praise be to God, when the high side of God, may God perpetuate his glory, owed Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Jalali Samoud and his partner Al-Khidr Al-Zarhouni seven hundred mithqals in one and twenty mithqals of dirhams of its history, which were immortalized from what was due on them in the package of flogging that was in their hand. According to that, there were witnesses against them with the cash of the one that was in the hand of a guardian who had received that at the time, the honest student, Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Muhammad Barada, and the two mentioned rivals claimed the loss in the rest. On their behalf, they filed their complaint with our Lord, the Commander of the Faithful, and God’s great blessing upon the two worlds. May God perpetuate his victory and uphold his command, and he commanded that God supported him to make with them the interpretation of the aforementioned remainder. The aforementioned trustee and the first of the two aforementioned debtors, Sir Muhammad Samoud, have now attended, and an agreement was signed between them that he would deduct from the aforementioned debtor and his partner half of the aforementioned number, and pay the aforementioned steadfastness on behalf of himself and his aforementioned partner, and the other half in an equal installment, and retirement over twenty months, received from the date of the aforementioned separation, and then returned. The matter is up to our Lord, may God grant him victory. If he decides to drop the aforementioned half, then that is it. If not, then considering his glory, may God preserve its majesty, knowing his worth, he bore witness to it in its entirety and made it known to them. Testimony was given to what was mentioned about a month before its date, and the books were delayed, while preserving the testimony to Wasit Jumada al-Thani in the year nine, with seventy-first and first twos, with unified two hundred and two thousand. Praise be to God alone, to the jurist, Sir, Mufaddal bin Idris. May God protect you, protect you, and take care of you. May God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you. May God’s love and blessings be upon you. And from our master, please help me and stop with me in terms of my release and take me out of prison because I am lost in it, and today I am a match for God, for you, for your son, Sir Idris, and for my pure master. May God make their satisfaction be with you until he stopped with us, and I am a match for my Arab master and for your children, and you know the state of the prison. We have no one to hope for the protection of God and your dear face upon us. As for me, my master, this is your best servant and what he has earned for his master, because, sir, the house is our home and I One of your children and counted on God and upon you.
