As for what follows, I received your letter about the issue of the land of Al-Qubaybat, and as soon as that arrived, I began communicating with Dar Al-Ballan and then with the municipal administration. At that time, Mr. Abdul Rahman Barkash was present with us in the case regarding what concerns him and a receipt that concerns you, and then the order is that they must give you the certificates in order to write and then after that you are prevented. They limited themselves to the promise, but I also refrained until I convinced them that if the minister complained to him when the decision was issued regarding the matter of Al-Qubayyat, he might excuse the aforementioned government pending redress and other nonsense.
