Binding: Half-bound in black leather, with black bookcloth over paper pasteboards. Decoration: Rubrication. Colophon indicates manuscript was copied by Meḥmed bin Bāyezīd (محمد بن بايزيد) in H. 975/1567. Contemporary marginal annotations with poetic excerpts, corrections, grammatical explanations. In Ottoman Turkish, Persian, and Arabic.
Sample Text	Manuscript, on paper, (incomplete) of Kemalpaşazade’s Deḳāʼiḳü’l-ḥaḳāʼiḳ, an annotated dictionary consisting of explanations and examples of Persian homophones, synonyms, and antonyms with their Ottoman Turkish and Arabic equivalents, as well as a discussion of grammar (ff. 1b-85a). At the end, text continues for three folios beyond the edition by Çetinkaya. Also contains Risāle-yi Yāiye by the same author, about the grammatical functions of the letter ى (ff. 85b-107b). Approximately 9 folios wanting from beginning.

Ownership inscription (f. 1a) of Es-seyyid Nu‘mān Efendi (السيد نعمان أفندي), dated H.1123 (that is, 1711-1712). Donated by Es-seyyid Nu‘mān Efendi in 1127 (that is, 1715). Purchased on the Theron Rockwell Field Fund, 1963.
