| Notes | In front of the court (Protodikion) of Irakliou the plaintiff states that a second sequestration can not be allowed and is not legal as the delivery of the document was to be given to him on 8 April but instead it was given to him on 10 April. The plaintiff also states that the expenses of the lawyer should be cover by them. The suit of Antoniou Hatzidaki, lawyer and against Hamza bey Arapahmetaki Andgeorgiou Digenaki the plaintiff asks for his payment 1036.70 drahmes. This was the debt the latter to Arapahmetaki. |
