Since it was deemed appropriate for Karabet's daughter Kaliliyya Gazaryan and her family, one of the immigrants who came to Istanbul, to be sent to France, the letter dated 9 May 1340 was sent by the General Director of the Armenian Emigrants' Aid Commission to the Presidency of the 4th Branch of the Police Directorate to issue travel documents to them.
