Sealed memorandum from the Governor of Yanya, Safveti, stating that the grain of the farms was sold to the suitors with genuine deposit and in cash, and that a policy taken by his man in Yenişehir, to be paid within seven days from the day the price was presented by the Erke Yaruh Kohen Company in Istanbul, was sent together with the accounting book given by the farm minister regarding the grain status, income and expenses of the farms.
