The text is a letter explaining the case of Pan Rame on the request of I Tbeh of Banjar Tgal. The case was handled (kapigamel) by Ktut Añaran in his position as Bĕkĕl Paguyangan who was summoned by Punggawa Patih before the Twan Besar (Colonial Government) in Buleleng.
