| Notlar | 7 manuscripts, some in Persian and some on polished paper, including Watt's Catechism in Persian, one endorsed 1663. 1. 1. A report on a fight in which British forces defeat Safdar Khan. Part of the physical paper is torn off, resulting in the loss of some text. The surviving content appears to be part of an official or eyewitness account. Incipit: غراب از غراب در خشکی Explicit: خواهد گرفت 2. 2. Probably a letter to English commanders, stamped by Davud Khan, a courtier of Aurangzib (reign 1658 - 1707). Dated "the year of coronation" which has to be 1658. There is another date in English in the back of the letter (February 1663) Incipit: عزت آثار صداقت Explicit: سنه جلوس قلمیشد 3. 3. A report on a fight in India Incipit: غریب پرور سلامت 4. 4. A booklet on Christianity (probably written by a non-Persian Speaker). It is a Christian catechism, possibly a translation of a European catechism which shows idiosyncratic word choices, such as 'Quran' for 'the Bible' and 'Allah' for 'God' (ff. 1 b). The hand and the paper match those found in ms32e(o). Incipit: ای کودک عزیز من Explicit: تمام شد امین یا رب العالمین 5. 5. A defective letter in Arabic (dates noted 1758-1759). Two individuals with European names are mentioned: فرنسیس ابن خوجه انطون (Francis son of Anton), and المطران کرنیلیوس الکرملی (Bishop Cornelius the Carmelite). There is also a mention of Diyarbakır (دیاربکر) in today's Turkey towards the end of the letter. Incipit: الاولاد الفراز الشماس Explicit: مع جزیل سلامي الي والدتکما و اختکماهما 6. 6. Calligraphy practice in Arabic. From a poem by Al-Shafi'i. Incipit: إِذا المَرءُ لا يَرعاكَ Explicit: إِذا لَم يَكُن حفظ الوِدادِ طَبيعَةً فَلا خَيرَ في وِدیکون 7. 7.
