| ملاحظات | الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تقييم مؤشرات الإدارة الإسلامية في اختيار وتعيين مديري المدارس في مدينة ديفانداره في إيران. ومنهج هذا البحث هو نوع من المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تكون المجتمع الإحصائي لهذا البحث من جميع المعلمين من مختلف المستويات التعليمية في ديفانداره وكانت مجموعة العينة 278 معلما تم اختيارهم باستخدام الطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وأدوات قياس البحث هي المصادر المكتبية والاستبيان الذي أعده الباحث. وكانت الأسس النظرية للبحث هي الآيات القرآنية، وروايات أئمة الشيعة المعصومين (الأحاديث)، ونهج البلاغة الجديرة بالذكر. تظهر نتائج الأبحاث أنه عند اختيار مديري المدارس للمؤشرات مثل القيمة والسمعة والخبرة لم يتم إيلاء الاهتمام الكافي للمعلمين ووجدها المعلمون غير مرغوب فيها. ومع ذلك، فقد قيموا المديرين في مؤشرات استثنائية مثل أخلاقيات العمل والتخصصات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والإدارية المرضية، واتفقوا على أنه عند اختيار وتعيين مديري المدارس تم أخذ هذه المؤشرات في الاعتبار. |
