Fine copy of the work of Ḥanafī law most commonly attributed to Jamāl al-Dīn Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn Nūḥ al-Qābisī al-Ghaznawī. In this manuscript the author's name is given as al-Imām Muḥammad al-Qūnawī (compare the case cited in Ḥājjī Khalīfah of a manuscript naming the author as Muḥammad al-Ghaznawī). See Isl.
