ملاحظات Ms. codex., Title from inscription on front flyleaf., Incipit: "والزكوة على ذلك ان ترك شيئا من المفروض تكمل في التطوع ...", Explicit: " وهذا الكلام وفي بعض النسخ كلاهما على بناء الفاعل اي اعطي هو بها اكثر مما اعطي هو بها ويجوز ان يكون الاول على بناء الفاعل والثاني على بناء", Collation: vi, V-9 (1), 10 V(91), ii ; chiefly quinions ; acephelous with roughly 89 leaves missing from the head of the text ; also ends abruptly ; foliation in black ink, Hindu-Arabic numerals (mistakenly skips ١١١) ; pagination in pencil, Western numerals, supplied during digitization (includes some flyleaves)., Layout: Written in 33 lines per page ; frame-ruled., Script: Naskh ; clear Turkish (?) hand ; virtually serifless, though occasional head-serifs appear indiscriminately ; very slight effect of tilt to the left ; open and closed counters ; free assimilation of letters such as rāʼ with final hāʼ also point of final nūn often assimilated with bowl., Decoration: Written surrounded by red rule-border ; text rubricated with section headings, keywords, overlining, sigla and other abbreviations, etc. in red., Support: European laid paper with 7-8 laid lines per cm. and chain lines (vertical) space roughly 30 mm. apart ; watermark crown with star and crescent above (compare Heawood 1132) ; countermark difficult to make out, includes trefoil., Binding: Pasteboards covered in European laid paper with red-brown leather over spine and turn-ins ; Type II binding (with flap, though now lost) ; board linings in yellow laid paper ; sewn in yellow thread, four stations ; endbands virtually gone, only traces remain ; in poor condition with much staining, abrasion, holes in spine, spine lining exposed, etc., Former shelfmark: British Museum, London "No. 128. Commentary on Masabih." ; circular seal impression with figure of goat/gazelle in purple ink as well as inscription "36" in Western numerals on front flyleaf ; on p.29 and elsewhere throughout, a circular waqf-seal impression in the name of Çorlulu Damat Ali Paşa, Ottoman grand vizier 1706-1710 who founded a library in the complex he comissioned at Çarşıkapı (in Istanbul) in 1708-9, reads: "هذا مما وقفه الوزير الاعظم علي باشا ابن الحاج محمد اغا عفي الله عنهما سنة ١١٢٠" ; numerous marginal corrections, glosses (including those taken from al-Qārī al-Harawī's commentary), and notabilia (side-heads)., Shelfmark: Ann Arbor, University of Michigan, Special Collections Research Center, Isl. نص عينة نسخة كاملة من شرح مشكاة المصابيح، وهو ترتيب قام به ولي الدين الخطيب التبريزي (ت. 1337) على مجموعة واسعة من الأحاديث للبغوي (ت. 1117؟) مرتبة حسب الموضوع. توجد مقتطفات من عدة شروح أخرى لمشكاة المصابيح في الهوامش، بما في ذلك مرقطة المفاتيح للقاري الهروي (توفي ١٦٠٥ أو ٦). فهو يبدأ في كتاب الصلاة وينتهي في كتاب البيوع، على الرغم من أن الفهرست الجزئي الذي قدمناه يمتد إلى أبعد من ذلك.
