An abridgment of Nawawī's A biographical dictionary of illustrious men, chiefly at the beginning of Islam. | Collation: Paper ; fol. 60 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Description: Rubricated ; MS in fair condition., Layout: 31 lines per page., MS is covered with marginal glosses which together with the seven folios following the colophon contain excerpts from Mirʼāt al-janān of al-Yāfiʻī, 768 [1366]. The remaining two folios contain excerpts from the history of Ibn Shuhbah 779-851 [1377/8-1447/8].
