ff. 29. 176 x 130; 100 x 80 mm. 13 lin. 14th/15th cen., According to Ḥājjī Khalīfah, Kashf al-ẓunūn, col. 1772 the author is Ibn Ṣaḥnūn al-Dimashqī (d. 694/1294), to whom also the ms. Teheran-Mark. v. 15, no. 5217/14 is attributed, but in both mss. listed in Brockelmann, GAL, S I, 901 (38a) and in ms. Fatih 5411 (Fihrist al-makhṭūṭāt al-muṣawwarah, ch. 6, no. 496) the authorship is ascribed to Sharaf al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn ʻUmar , with the variant Ibn al-Muzza [?] instead of Ibn al-Marʼah., Incomplete at end: the text breaks off in the 7th bāb., Incip.: ... قال ... شرف الدىن .. ال معروف بابن المرأة .... أما بعد حمد الله خالق الداء والدواء ... فانى لما طالعت اکثر الکتب الطبىة لم اجد فىها ما ىشفى القلب
