صفحة العنوان وبداية مقدمة رسالة جدلية في التقويم القرائي لأبي يعقوب يوسف ب. إبراهيم البصير، بعنوان: «الكتاب على أصحاب الاعتدال». وفقا للمقدمة، جوزيف ب. وقد تأثر إبراهيم البصير بإملاء هذا الكتاب عندما رأى أن الناس يخطئون في تحديد تاريخ الفصح لأنهم يعتمدون على الاعتدال بدلا من حالة محصول الشعير.
