وهذه نسخة مثيرة للاهتمام من الشاهنامة، وتستحق دراسة مفصلة. يختلف النص بشكل كبير عن الإصدارات القياسية لخليجي-مطلق ودبير-سياقي. يبدو أن الرسوم التوضيحية للمخطوطة مأخوذة من نفس مشغل Dorn 333 في المكتبة الوطنية الروسية في سانت بطرسبرغ. قد يكون النص المستخدم هو نفسه ويعرض انحرافات مماثلة عن النص العادي. بيانات النسخ التفصيلية، تذكر اسم الخطاط الحاج محمد ب. يشير نور الدين محمد دشت بايازي إلى إمكانية الإنتاج في خراسان. ومع ذلك، يعتقد البعض الآخر أن أصفهان أو شيراز (شيلا كانبي) هي مكان الإنتاج. يمكن التعرف على الفنان المسؤول عن معظم اللوحات على أنه أفضل الحسيني؛ اثنان آخران، صص. 324ظ و329ر، هما لفنان مختلف، ربما معين المصور؛ ومن المثير للاهتمام أن جميع الصور تظهر مشاهد عنيفة من المعارك والتشريحات.
