1v-101r; Title from fol.1v-2r; Other title "Kitab-ı mualecat" on the spine; Colophon on 114r dated 10 Zilkade 1286 (11 February 1870), signed by Mehmed Zeki Efendi; A collection of medical recipe; No references to text and author were found in the literature; The author states on fol.2r that he benefited from the treatises of old physicians and especially Nusret Efendi while preparing his work; Mehmed Zeki Dedeefendi is known as a calligrapher and copyist.
