Many wormholes, mainly marginal. Both volumes contain numbered fasicules, each containing 10 leaves, with the exception of fasicules 11, 12, and 23 in vol. 1. Nothing is missing except for fasicule 23 which may be missing 2 leaves. Vol. 5 is complete.Origin: Vol. 1 completed on 17 Shaʻbān 1246 A.H. (8 January 1831). Vol. 5 completed on 21 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1245 (14 May 1830). - Loose in leather folder with flap. - Volumes 1 and 5 of a commentary on Suyūṭī's al-Jāmiʻ al-ṣaghīr.
