This manuscript contains the Qur'an. The text is started by Surat Al-Baqarah until Surat Al-Zilzal. The first surat (division of the Qur'an) that is Al-Fatiha, and Al-Lahab and also An-Nash are disappeared. It was used as the resources in Islamic teaching and learning, especially in Surau Tanjung Batang Kapeh.
