Selçuklu, Beylikler ve muasırı Türk İslâm ciltleri üzerinde yazılara, mühür veya pafta içinde yer verilmiştir. Mühür formunda olanların iki türü tespit edilmiştir. İlki, mücellit mühürleri, ikincisi ise dua mühürleridir. Bu makalenin konusu, dua mühürlerinden olan “hasbiyallah” mühürlü ciltlerdir. Hasbiyallah, Arapça bir cümle olup “Allah bana yeter” anlamına gelmektedir. İbâreye dinî ve edebî literatürde rastlanmaktadır. Yapılan saha ve literatür araştırması neticesinde “hasbiyallah” yazılı mühre sahip 15 cilt tespit edilmiş ve ciltler, teknik ve süslemeleri açısından detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Ciltlerdeki mühürlerin ortak özelliği, tümünün dairevî oluşu ve çaplarının 4-7 mm ölçü aralığında olmasıdır. Mühürlerin ekseriyetle üçgen köşebent içlerine uygulandığı tespit edilmiştir. Şemse ve salbekler de yine mühürlerin uygulandığı cilt kapağı bölümlerindendir. Mühürlere, 13. yüzyıldan 15. yüzyıla kadarki geniş süreçte üretilen ciltlerinde rastlanmıştır. Ancak mührün en yoğun görüldüğü dönem 14. yüzyıldır. “Hasbiyallah” mührünün ciltlerde kullanım şekli ve formu mücellit mühürlerine benzese de bu mührün ciltlerde tevekkül maksadıyla uygulanmış olduğu kanısına varılmıştır. Inscriptions is included in a seal or sheet on the Seljuk, Principalities, and contemporary Turkish-Islamic bindings. Two types of seal have been identified. The first one is the bookbinder seals and the second one is the prayer seals. The subject of this paper is the “hasbiyallah” sealed bindings, which are one of the prayer seals. Hasbiyallah is an Arabic phrase meaning “Allah is sufficient for me”. The phrase is found in religious and literary literature. As a result of the field and literature research, 15 bindings with the seal written “hasbiyallah” were identified and the bindings were examined in detail in terms of technique and ornaments. The common features of the seals on the bindings are that they are all circular and their diameters are in the range of 4-7 mm. It has been determined that the seals are mostly applied inside the triangular corner-pieces. Medallions and pendants are also part of the binding cover where the seals are applied. Seals have been found on bindings produced in the broad period from the 13th to the 15th centuries. However, the most intense period of the seal is the 14th century. Although the use and form of the Hasbiyallah seal on the bindings is similar to the bookbinder seals, it has been concluded that this seal was applied on the bindings for the purpose of tawakkul
