Origin: Likely copied in the mid- to late-16th or 17th century by Sayyid ʻImād al-Dīn ibn Sayyid Mubārak Ṣāḥibdād (f. 27v). Shelfmark: MS Or 15. Decoration: Rubrications in red. Script: Written in nastaʻliq in black ink; pointed, unvocalized. Layout: 23-26 long lines with some marginalia; extensive repairs to leaves. Title from introduction (f. 2r). Manuscript codex.. Translation and commentary on a treatise attributed to Ptolemy of a collection of 100 aphorisms about astrology. Arabic text with its translation in Persian and commentary in Persian.
