Miscellaneous collection of Persian treatises on Urdu lexicography and grammar, comprised of three heterogeneous fragments from at least two separate sources. Volume not dated; item c dated (9 Rabīʿ al-S̲ānī 1151/27 July 1738) separately. Scribal nastaʿlīq and shikastah āmīz tending toward ‘Indian’ taʿlīq, by multiple hands. Annotations by multiple hands. Partial foliation in pencil. Lacking original binding. Binding damaged (combed marble paper with brown leather edging over delaminating and crumbling pasteboards; printed cotton along spine), labels. Folios bound; cropped, wormholes, later repairs. Condition fragile.
