Miscellaneous collection of treatises on alchemical, occult, and talismanic subjects be various authors, including the sage Ḥakīm Tanglū Shāh Kabīr al-Bābilī . The volume is not dated, but items a, e-g, j-m are individually dated, ranging 15 Jumādá II 1188-18 Rabīʿ I 1189/23 August 1774-19 May 1775. Rough scribal nastaʿlīq, shikastah āmīz, and naskh. Infrequent annotations and corrections in margins. Stamped and Persian foliation. Lacking binding. Rebound in IOL deep red half leather binding with deep blue marbled endpapers (bound by firm Eyre & Spottiswoode, dated 19 Jan 1910). Folios remounted and rebound; cropped, stained, wormholes, later repairs, gauze overlay. Condition fragile.
