Daftars V (item a) and VI (item b) of the allegorical Ṣūfī Mas̲navī by "Rūmī" (d. 670/1271). Partially illuminated, gilt rulings only on first folio of each item; headpiece to item a missing. Rough scribal nastaʿlīq. Dense and detailed annotations and corrections in margins throughout. Stamped and Persian foliation. Binding damaged, detached boards (tooled reddish brown leather exterior embellished with medallions and outer bands of oxidised silver, pinkish brown leather doublure); doublure of front cover removed, exposing inner matter (Kaithi text). Folios unbound; cropped, wormholes, later repairs. Condition very fragile.
