Copied for al-ʻālījāh (his excellency) Mīr Mirān Sulaymān Pāshā ibn Abduraḥman Pāshā by Muḥammad al-Sāqī in 1248 AH (colophon, fol. 318r) Probable localisation to Turkey based upon the use of "Mīr-ī Mirān," a designation for an Ottoman official.
