WEFT: brown wool; Z2S; 2 shoots after each row of knots; 12 knots per inch (44 per dm). PILE: wool; 8 colours: red, light red, yellow, blue, purple, dark brown, cream, white; symmetrical knot tied around 2 warp threads; 72 knots per sq. inch )1-12 pere sq. dm). SIDE FINISH: mostly missing but evidence on lower left of 2 cords overcast with cream wool. END FINISH: Lower: missing Upper: missing. Wool
Fiziksel açıklama Carpet design: Main field: cream ground with offset bands of 2 or 3 motifs resembling double-headed edges with a shield in the centre and forming diagonal rows of blue or of red and purple. A small quartered diamond lies between these motifs. There are thin, dark brown hooks around the sides. Main border: incomplete. Reciprocal, trefoil-like pattern in dark brown and light red outlined in blue. There is a pair of white hooks at the base of each 'trefoil'. Inner border: white ground with a blue and red angular meander with a dark brown bud. There is no outer border. Catalogue date. 13.06.97
