Fiziksel açıklama
Towel of linen woven with bands of cotton weft, embroidered with silk in double darning on the diagonal, and double running in a line and satin stitch. There is a narrow border with an angular green meander with pairs of small leaves and flowers growing at right angles to the meander. The flowers are paired by colour, which is predominantly in shades of pink. The main border contains three multi-coloured floral S-shaped sprays. The stems are yellow edged in red and the main features include a hanging flower which is almost circular, has a yellow base and angular segments in red and pink, and above this is a second hanging flower or leaf but this has pointed segments, also in pinks with green, and with a curving spray of blue hyacinth flowers.
