Fiziksel açıklama Fragment from a furnishing fabric, a panel from possibly either a cushion or a cover, tapestry woven in undyed linen and dyed wool threads (red, orange, yellow, black, two shades of blue-grey and two shades of green). The panel has been cut from a larger fabric and was originally woven into a surrounding ground fabric of undyed, plain woven linen, of which traces remain. The decoration consists of four roundels outlined in black surrounding a larger central roundel, all inside a black square. Within the central roundel is a dove or quail, surrounded by a yellow and red bejwelled weath imitating gold and precious stones. Around this are four smaller roundels containing cloaked figures and mythical sea creatures, with further detailing on the figures picked out in undyed linen thread in the 'flying shuttle' technique. In the space between each of these four medallions is a vase from which vines sprout.
