Earthenware, thrown, painted and glazed
Fiziksel açıklama
Fragment of an open vessel or bowl, of pink-coloured alluvial clay, thrown, covered with a thin opaque white slip, and painted in copper green and purple manganese with a series of dotted lines, the green are more abundant and larger applied with a different tool or brush, whereas the purple are finer and more circular in only two lines near the cavetto, under a clear glaze. It has a small rivetted hole, so repaired at some point in its history.
