Jar of fritware, with high shoulder tapered to narrow foot, short neck with wide and slightly spreading mouth. Painted in underglaze blue and black with birds and plants on the body, border of ruyi heads above, diaperwork below, bands of scrollwork round the neck and the foot. Imitation Chinese square mark in black.
