Fragments from a tunic, consisting of two roundels connected by two neckbands, all tapestry woven in undyed linen and brown coloured wool. The panels have been cut from the surrounding tunic. Large areas of the woolen wefts are missing on one of the roundels, leaving just the warp structure. The tapestry woven panels consist of geometric decoration. On the roundels is a pattern of lozenges enclosing a central floral ornament, making a star-shape overall. The roundels are enclosed by a border with a row of disks. The neckbands have an inner pattern of guilloche within a wave-form border. The details of the geometric patterning have been picked out with undyed linen in flying thread brocading.
