Dagger (Pesh Kabz). "knife with a back". Straight single-edged steel blade with both edges recurved to sharp point. Both faces depressed and with sharp medial ridge. End of blade near very wide tang and binding around tang are covered with leaf decoration in fold. On wide back of blade are three medallions with Arabic inscriptions in gold. Two-piece ivory grip. Made by Ali Akhbar Khorasare [spelling?], armor maker who is Persian.
