Verso contains glued leaf from a beautifully written Koran with ornamental designs. Contains one illuminated miniature of a zodiac sign from a manuscript of the ʻAjāʼib al-makhlūqāt. Rubricated, illuminated painting, black ink. Single leaf detached from ʻAjāʼib al-makhlūqāt. 11-3 lines per page, Indian nasta'aliq hand with elements of shikastah. A treatise on zoology, natural science, astrology and astronomy. Manuscript. Incipit : خارج صورتند و عرب ستاره نوراني ازىن ... Written on a brown paper, illuminated miniature of a zodiac sign on the recto, illuminated pendant on the margin of verso, writings were cut and placed on a card board.
