Notlar
Kaufmann'dan alındı. 1872 tarihli İmparatorluk Kütüphanesi'nin raporunda bahsedilmektedir, s.35. Kolophon yeniden yazıldı ama şüphesiz orijinalini kopyaladı. Ciltleme - Oryantal, kalın karton üzerine monte edilmiş koyu kahverengi deriden yapılmış sade. Kapakların iç kısımları oldukça koyu pembe pürüzsüz deriden yapılmıştır. Kenarları çeşitli yerlerinden yırtılmış. Kağıt beyaz, parlak, farklı kalitede oryantal, iyi durumda, ancak bazı yapraklarda lekeler var. Metin Hint mürekkebi ile orta büyüklükte Hint nasta'lik'inde, başlıklar kırmızı (erik mürekkebi) Giriş bölümünün ilk 3 satırı kopyanın geri kalanından çok daha büyük. El yazısı oldukça kaba, bazen okunaksız. İlk 50 ff. sayfa başına 27 satır, sonraki birkaç sayfa, 26 satır, geri kalanı, sayfa başına 25 satır. İki enterpolasyonlu kısa versiyonda tam kopya. Toplam yem sayısı 50.000 adettir. Metin hatalarla dolu.Ff. 1v-6v, Baysunghur öncesi Mahmud hicivini (111 yem) ve kralların listesini içerir. Normatif başlangıç: Sipas-u Afarin mar khuday-ra ki in cihan…Mahmud (ff. 4v-5v) hakkındaki hicvin başlangıç kısmı şöyledir: bidan shahriyar-a ki in ruzgar… Şiir f.7v'de aşağıdaki başlangıçla başlar: Ba nam-I hudavend-I jan-u khirad / kih dil-ra zi andisha biguzarad (hatta olabilir) naguzarad – nokta yok!).Ff. 14r-20r, Kabil Şahı'nın kızı hakkında eklemeler içermektedir.

It is noteworthy that while Guruy's appearance is unaltered, Giv seems to have changed his wardrobe completely! The rubric above the painting reads, "Tasvir-i Rukh-i duvvum kushta-shudan-i Guruy va Zirih Faramarz' (sic), suggesting the calligrapher misunderstood the story (F.A., Ch.M.).Location in text:Mohl 13f, The Twelve Rukhs, first line: 1881, break line before: 1886, break line after: 1888.0, last line: 1891.Khaleghi-Motlagh 23, The eleven Rukhs (2521), first line: 1863.0, break line before: 1867.0, break line after: 1869.0, last line: 1872.0.The sixth combat: Bizhan kills RuyinFolio number: 274vNotes: No image currently available. The blue horse belongs to Bizhan; its hooves project out of the border and cover the text below (F.A.). The rubric above the painting reads: "tasvir-i kushta-shudan-i Zhuyin (sic) az dast-i Bizhan". Ruyin is depicted already off his horse, his head being cut off by Bizhan. The ground consists of the same colours as used throughout the ms., dark blue sky, and descending bands of plain purple, orange, dark green and purple. The paint surface is shiney, evidently varnished.Location in text:Mohl 13f, The Twelve Rukhs, first line: None, break line before: 1935, break line after: None, last line: 1939.The eleventh combat: Gudarz kills PiranFolio number: 276vNotes: No image currently available. The three small trees in the foreground are the size of mushrooms (F.A.). The picture shows Luhrasp, on the left, waving his sword in vain as his opponent strikes him a fatal blow on the back of his neck with his sword. A stattic scene, only two onlookers on the high horizon line, facing each other and more or less ignoring the action, may indicate the general battle that is described in the text (Ch.M.).Location in text:Mohl 15, Gushtasp (120 years), first line: None, break line before: None, break line after: None, last line: None.Isfandiyar's first labour: he fights the wolvesFolio number: 337vNotes: No image currently available.Location in text:Mohl 15, Gushtasp (120 years), first line: None, break line before: 1624, break line after: 1625.0, last line: None.Isfandiyar's second labour: he fights the lionsFolio number: 338vNotes: No image currently available. The rubric reads: "shatranj bakhtan Buzurjmihr ba firistada-yi ray-i hind", although it would seem to be Anushirvan seated on the low throne. The verses however indicate that it is Buzurjmihr demonstrating how to play. The chess board and its little black figures is almost indistinguishable from the architectural panel of the pavilion outside which they are seated. (Ch.M.).Location in text:Mohl 41, Kisra Anushirvan (48 years), first line: 2776, break line before: 2781, break line after: 2782.0, last line: 2791.Shirin commits suicide near the coffin of Khusraw ParvizScene Title:Shirin commits suicide by the coffin of Khusrau ParvizFolio number: 545vNotes: No image currently available.
