Written in a Syrian or Egyptian hand, mostly in black ink on laid European paper with a watermark: three crescents. Half-bound., Manuscript., Incipit: "رسالت عيسى بن علي (كذا) جواباً عما ساله بعض اخوانه في تعريف أمراض العين ... وصل كتابك أيها الأخ الفاضل ..."
