Cream paper, glossy, with laid and chain lines visible. Fol. 1-3 and 147 are later additions (European paper with watermarks). Interlinear and marginal ḥāshiyah. Table of contents on fol. 1b-2a. Several inscriptions and short excerpts on fol. 4a. Foliation in black ink using Arabic numerals (starts with "1" on fol. 5a). Water stains and damage with some loss of marginal text.Inscriptions in Arabic script on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥ 1393" (on a label); "504" (in red pencil). Inscription in Arabic script black pencil on fol. 1a: "240 Kanz al-daqāʼiq".Origin: According to colophon, copy completed in Ramaḍān 873 [March-April 1469] by Khalīl ibn Ṭūrīlī(?)
