The name of the author appears in a note on the margin of the colophon as "al-Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad al-maʻrūf bi-Niẓām al-Nīshābūrī" (fol. 301a).17 lines per page. Written in black ink with use of red. Contains diagrams. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Marginal notes.
