The name of the author appears in a note on the margin of the colophon as "al-Ḥasan ibn Muḥammad al-maʻrūf bi-Niẓām al-Nīshābūrī" (fol. 301a).17 lines per page. Written in black ink with use of red. Contains diagrams. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Marginal notes. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (counting a modern fly-leaf as fol. 1).Copied on 7 Rajab 1017 (colophon, fol. 301a).Incipit: الحمد لله رب العالمين ... قال الحمد لله مفيض الخير ... اقول موضع كل علم ما يبحث فى ذلك العلم عن احوالهExplicit: فان الاعمال بالنيّات وبها تحلب البركات وينال الدرجات والحمد لمبدع الكل والصلوة على الهادى الى اقوم السبل والسلم - Red leather over paper pasteboards for upper and lower covers.
