Notes The conquest of Spain, which is mentioned as one of the greatest military and political successes of Muslims in Islamic history, ended seven centuries later, leaving wonderful traces in the fields of science, literature, art and architecture. Muslims, who were stuck in the Southeast of the Iberian Peninsula for the last two and a half centuries, were exposed to threats and attacks from kingdoms such as Castile and Aragon, on the one hand, and on the other hand, they exhausted their strength with the struggle for dominance within the country. Ibn Asim, who took on important bureaucratic duties such as secret secretary in the last years of the Nasrids, the last stronghold of Muslims in Andalusia, is a powerful man of letters and an influential jurist. He witnessed a period of political turmoil as Sultan Galib Billah, to whom he was closest, was repeatedly dethroned, the locust invasion destroyed the economy, Christian attacks were at the doorstep, and above all, Muslims tended to live as Christians. The negativities he experienced did not strengthen his rebellion, but rather his submission to fate. Since he personally saw the manifestations of divine justice and mercy in the midst of calamities, he wanted to convey the peaceful mental state he experienced to Muslims through his life experiences. In this study, Ibn Asim's work in question will be examined in terms of content. The work titled el-Ferac be'deş-şidde, which can be considered as a continuation of the copyright tradition, will be discussed with a descriptive method.
