Notlar	{AR}تتناول هذه الورقة بالدراسة والتحليل مؤسسات الإدارة بالمدن الإقليمية والقرى الكبرى موضحة دورها وتخطيطها المعماري، وتركز الدراسة على إحدى مؤسسات الريف المصرى، وهي وحدة إدارية كانت تُسمى "دار الشاد". وتحاول الورقة من خلال الوثائق الأرشيفية تتبع هذه المؤسسة والأدوار التي كانت تقوم بها، ووظائفها وارتباطها بالأرض الزراعية وشرح وحداتها المعمارية من خلال ما أتاحته لنا نصوص الوثائق في العصر العثماني، كذلك التعرف على تخطيط هذه المؤسسة من خلال التصور المعماري لها بناءً على ما ورد عنها بنصوص الوثائق المتنوعة, ثم القيام بنشر أربع وثائق لم يسبق نشرها تشرح تفاصيل حول التعريف بالشاد، ثم التعريف بدار الشاد وظيفيًّا ومعماريًّا، فضلًا عن وثيقة خامسة عن مصطبة الأمراء بالمنصورة، كما تم إعادة نشر أسطر من وثائق منشورة من قبل رأينا ضرورة ضمها لما تحويه من تفاصيل مهمة حول الموضوع، وتخدم فكرة البحث، وتؤكد توجهه. {EN}This Paper aims to study and analyze the administrative institutions in the regional towns and big villages in the Egyptian rural society in the Ottoman period. The study will focus on an administrative unit was called dar elshad and trace its multiple roles in the agricultural lands affairs, based on the archival materials have been consulted. On the other hand, there will be a detailed plan and architectural description of this unit, and a sketch in which we reconstruct dar elshad as mentioned in the sharia court documents. To have more focus, I will edit and publish four new documents describing the function of dar elshad and its architectural details, Also there will be Fifth Document about The dignitaries mastaba. Furthermore, I will republish part of other documents have been published in other studies, I found it as so important for the current study; which will explain much more and confirm the paper objectives
