Notlar	It show us from foregoing that Jalal Baban is a descendant of an ancient Kurdish family was to the environment he grew up and spent his childhood and studied in Istanbul and his involvement in the Ottoman army And his involvement in the first world war and then his involvement in the Syrian army, big impact in the formation of basic origin of his thinking and his future directions towards Arabic issue in General and the Iraqi issue, particularly. Jalal Baban was from Iraqi politicians who put the real leading core for the national movement in Iraq against a foreign presence and that represented in the establishment of the first national organizations which led the national activity movement against the British presence in the country, independence guards Association was of the more active members of the association and has a significant contribution to participate in the greatest revolution in Iraq in its new history the twentieth revolution and represented by this activity as his expression for Iraq contribution in the revolution and did not represent the Kurdish contribution. National Unity formed an important point in the political activity of Jalal Baban during the royal era despite of his Kurdish origins but he was from Arab with heart and soul and was calling out repeatedly that he was Iraqis and announces his Iraqi and his belonging to his country Iraq by his relation to his pride in Iraq despite his pride with Kurd spiritually. He confirmed that Iraq one people and there is not any difference between Arab and Kurd even they differed in their religious persuasions ,and he did not work for the Kurdish issue so it didn't register any contribution in any association or party of the approved Kurdish parties during the period 1908-1958. Jalal baban Keen on national unity through his firmed positions of Iraqi-British treaties during the period 1922 until 1948 as expressed his opposition to these treaties quite frankly, demanding that the alliance with Britain in the interest of the country and preserve its independence first and last and that clear from his position of the treaty of 1922, 1930, 1948. Jalal Baban confirmed on national unity through his work in administrative and ministerial posts and has spared no effort to reform his administration and his department so he undertook his duties with ability and efficiently and aims to country and people progress to among the developed Nations. And did not seek to obtain personal prestige or material gains through his administrative and ministerial posts held over thirty-six years but he tried to perform his work properly far from self-benefit and for the benefit of the country, stressing for associating the words with work.
