Notlar	يتناول البحث نظام الوكالة في المعاملات بين الحرفيين بمختلف طوائفهم، و ذلك في القاهرة في العصر العثماني ؛ حيث نظام الوكالة كان نظاما متبعا منذ القدم حيث إن الوكيل يحل محل صاحب العمل في حال غيابه أو ظروف تحول دون و جوده، و هناك أنواع للوكالة مثل : الوكالة العامة-و الخاصة أي إن الوكيل يحل محل الموكل في أمور كثيرة و مهمة و ضرورية؛ مثل الوكالة في الأمور الاجتماعية، و المعاملات الاقتصادية، و النشاط الصناعي بصفة خاصة، و النشاط التجاري، والوكالة أيضا في مجال شراء العقارات و الإشراف على الأوقاف في كافة الأنشطة التي يحتاج إليها الموكل إلى الوكيل؛ مثل وكالة الزوج لزوجته، و العكس في أمور كثيرة تخص حياتهم و لا يزال نظام الوكالة حتى اليوم يعمل به في جميع أنشطة الحياة في مصر ؛ لأن هذا النظام يسهل على الموكل أمورا كثيرة ربما يكون مسافرا أو مريضا و خلافه فيعد نظام الوكالة من الموضوعات المهمة في تاريخ مصر العثمانية، وقد أوضح ذلك من عظيم أهميته بأنه مدون في سجلات المحاكم الشرعية و هو ما يعطي للبحث أهمية خاصة. The research deals with the agency system in transactions between craftsmen of various sects in Cairo during the Ottoman era. The agency system was a followed system from ancient times, as the agent replaces the employer in the case of his absence or any circumstances that prevent his presence. There are various agencies as the public and private agencies. The agent replaces the principal in many important and necessary matters as social matters, economic transactions, industrial activity in particular, commercial activity, the field of buying buildings, supervising endowments and all the activities that the principal needs to the agent; such as the agency of the husband to his wife, and vice versa in many matters that concern their lives. The system of agency still applies till date in all activities of life in Egypt. It makes it easier for the principal in many matters as his traveling or sick and so on. The agency system is considered one of the important topics in the history of Ottoman Egypt. So, it’s recorded in the records of the Sharia courts and this gives the research a special importance.
