Notlar	In this paper, we discussed the names of Iraqi MPs participating in the Ottoman Council of Envoys (MPs), which was established during the reign of Sultan Abdul Hamid II (1867-1909) a year after he took power in the Ottoman Empire, and also announced the promulgation of the Ottoman Constitution (Basic Law) on 23 December.
