In this paper, we discussed the names of Iraqi MPs participating in the Ottoman Council of Envoys (MPs), which was established during the reign of Sultan Abdul Hamid II (1867-1909) a year after he took power in the Ottoman Empire, and also announced the promulgation of the Ottoman Constitution (Basic Law) on 23 December.
