يا ربي وإلاهي خاضعًا [first 6 or 7 letters illegible]
]معـ]ـترفًا مقرًا بذنوبي أن تغفر لي ما تقدم من
خطاياي وتعصمني مما لم أبلغ وقودي
إلى ما تحب وترضا إنك ولي ذلك والقادر
عليه ...
Ends (f. 18v, lines 6-11, defective at beginning [37v Coptic foliation]):
... ويقبل صلاوتي فرجت عني و
عن جميع أولادي وحفظتهم وحر
ستهم حيث كانوا باسم المسيح سيدنا
ورأفته ورحمته تكون معنا ومع الولا

ين آمين آمين آمين رب العلمين
