The text contains numerous diagrams. Begins (f. 1v, lines 2-4): الحمد لله الواحد العظيم والفرد القديم الذي يقصر العد عن آياته ويتعذر المار (؟) الحصر [عن أ]قل نعمائه والصلوة والسلام على سيد أنبيائه المكمل بأعلى مرابت الكمال و آله الذين هم خير آل صلوة متتاليته تتبالي الغدو والأضال أما بعد فيقول أقل العباد جواد بن سعد بن جواد ... Ends (f. 168v, lines 11-13): انتهى كلام المط[ـلوب ؟] فلنقطع الكلام حامدين لله على توفيقه والهداية لا سواء طريقه وإنا أيضـ[ـًا] أوصيك أيها الأخ بما أوصي به المصـ[ـنف ؟] فإن في هذ[ا] الشرح نفائس يجب صيانتها عمن ليس أهلها والحمد لله وحده والصلوة على من لا نبي بعده وآله الأبرار الحجج الأطهار ما اختف الليل والنهار ...
